Editing a Tour


Getting to your tour

Enter your workgroup and click "Tours" in the navigation bar to bring up a list of tours that are works-in-progress.


Click the title of the tour to bring up the tour title page.

Changing the title, abstract, or author information

From the title page, click "Edit".

Editing text on a page

Click the pencil icon next to the text will bring up a text editing box. Click the checkmark to save changes, or the X to cancel.

Changing a resource

Click the magnifying glass icon under the resource.

Changing settings for a resource

You can change settings for a resource, such as the display size of an image, by clicking the pencil icon under the resource.

Adding a resource to a page

A page can have multiple resources. Click "add resource" and a place for another resource will be created to the right or below the existing resource.

Changing the title or layout of a page

Click the "edit" button at the bottom of the page.

Changing the order of pages

Return to the title page by clicking the title in the table of contents at left. Then click "arrange pages". Clicking the arrows next to a page title will move that page up or down in the list.

Adding pages

To add a page, return to the title page by clicking the title in the table of contents. Then click "add page". Follow the instructions in "creating a new tour"
